My goals

What is goals? Do you know what it means?  I want to introduce my goals today.  Not the goals like used in the soccer or basketball games. Goal is a something that you want to achieve. I will show you my three goals.


Goal 1: I want to wake up early (before 6:30)
     Step 1: I have to sleep not too late.
     Step 2 :Set the alarm to 6:00 a.m.
     Step 3: Each week try to wake up 15 minutes earlier than the previous week

Goal 2: I want to solve 5 pages of math book a day.
     Step 1: I have to sign up for a second sub-study.
     Step 2: Check the day I achieve it on the calendar.
     Step 3: If I have done all the math book, give myself a reward.

Goal 3: Won't use a cellphone.
     Step 1: Turn off the cellphone.
     Step 2: Turn it on when I really have to use it.
     Step 3: If I achieve this, give myself a reward.
